Soleil Atiles is driven by intuition and inspired by the female spirit. The Brooklyn-born makeup artist’s approach celebrates a complex prism of emotion: Through a careful study of her client’s present states, Soleil is able to articulate a vision that is often left unsaid. With a clean aesthetic that purposefully highlights an individual’s natural features and sense of self, Soleil delivers a compelling, culturally competent beauty palette for a roster of discerning clients across the print, editorial, film, high fashion and bridal industries.

Choosing a non-traditional education, the mostly self-taught artist complemented her training under some of the world’s most recognizable beauty brands, including Bobbi Brown, Chanel and Nars. Soleil has gone on to work with a diverse clientele, ranging from working multiple shows at NYFW to Disney, Vice Media, GQ, Sports illustrated, Modern Luxury, Proctor & Gamble, Converse, Chopard, Cosmopolitan Magazine, and has worked alongside legendary makeup artist Pat McGrath. Celebrity clients have included supermodel Carolyn Murphy, Karlie Kloss, Boss babe Sophia Amoruso, Designer Rebecca Minkoff, Paris Hilton and Artist Jennifer Rubell to name a few. Recently, Soleil also served as the lead artist in charge of spearheading Glamsquad’s educational framework in Miami, while onboarding new artists both there and in New York.

In addition to her work as a makeup artist, Soleil frequently serves as a creative director on productions, managing concept styling, location, and talent. Having worked in fashion capitals all over the world, including New York, LA and Paris, Soleil currently splits her time between New York and Miami, and is available for domestic and international travel.
